We are pleased to offer you our online Matchmaking System!

Matchmaking System is an online service aimed at business meetings arrangement for guests and participants of the 43rd World Trade Centers Association General Assembly ( Long before the event the System allows to arrange meetings within the framework of the Assembly, to find potential partners beforehand, to agree the subject of the meetings with them and to effectively plan your time during the event as well as to make the best of your participation in the Assembly. With Matchmaking System you will take an opportunity find fruitful contacts, possible partners, necessary information, and share experience on various issues.

For using the System it is necessary to sign-up on the Assembly website ( and to get an access (login and password) to the System. You will also have the opportunity to visit Business Contacts Center.

You may also fix a business meeting in one of the cosy restaurants or cafes located in WTC (upon request in the WTC Business Center)

All of the System participants may publish any contact information and describe their companies’ fields of activity, as well as to place their company in correspondent profile in the System. The information on your company shall be accessible to other participants of the System – to your possible customers and partners.

All System users – guests and participants – can enter and later look through business information on the meetings fixed.

If your delegation involves business representatives interested in cooperation with the Russian partners, but they did not send any application on B2B meetings before May 15, 2012, we at any rate will try to assist you in arranging such meetings. For this purpose no later than September 1, 2012, you may fill in the Application attached and send us your request. According to the information you will send us, we will help you to send invitations to the Russian companies and to invite them for meetings with your representatives.

MatchMaking System:

1. is free for guests and participants of the Assembly;
2. allows to arrange business meetings and negotiations at the event beforehand;
3. makes YOU the opportunity to decide who you would like to meet with at the Assembly.

Registration in Matchmaking System makes the opportunity for the registered Participant* to enter the System and use its services, in other cases the Participant may ignore business contacts search.

A Guest* can carry out preliminary registration in the System and confirm his (her) participation in the Matchmaking System. If the Guest has filled in the application and would like to start working in the Matchmaking System, the information provided by the Guest will be checked by moderator. If the information is correct, the Guest will receive an e-mail with details for logging into the System.

Such e-mail will contain the login and the password given by the Guest during registration for further access to the System. The e-mail will also contain an activation link. The Guest will click on the link to confirm participation in the System. Thus, the Guest will be sure that no one uses his (her) e-mail without his (her) consent, and such a tool guarantees confidentiality of the information provided by System users.

By clicking the link the Guest can enter his (her) profile and begin working in the Matchmaking System. Registration in the Matchmaking System will begin beforehand and continue during the whole period of the Assembly.

* Participants of the Assembly are the members of the World Trade Centers Association and other persons paid a registration fee.

* Guests of the Assembly are persons interested in business contacts establishment within the period of the event, who carried on registration and received e-tickets in the Matchmaking System.


Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

We would like to inform you that deadline for organizing B2B meetings expired on May 15, 2012.

However we will be happy to assist you in organizing business contacts and B2B meetings after the 43rd WTCA General Assembly.
Please, note that requests for the organization of such meetings should be sent to the World Trade Center Moscow no later than 3 months prior to the planned event.

In addition, you will need to fill in a special form (Application Form) containing the information required for B2B contacts arrangement.

The application shall include:

- Quantity of people and fields of the companies’ activity (company names and a brief description of their activities)
- Areas and forms of cooperation you are interested in (jthe creation of joint ventures, distribution, trade, investments, research and innovation projects, etc.)
- Indication of the Russian regions you are interested in, or if you are ready to cooperate with companies located primarily in Moscow
- Topics and issues for discussions
- Translation & interpretation services, if needed.

Cost and terms of the events will be determined additionally.

If your plans include visits of business delegations during the Assembly, it is recommended for them to join your WTC delegation, carry out the registration for the 43rd WTCA GA and pay all fees required. Thus, business representatives of your delegations will have the opportunity to participate in all Assembly program activities and stay in the hotel at special rates offered only to WTCA GA participants. We will also do our best to assist you in the self-search for Russian business contacts during the preparation and conduct of the General Assembly. We will later inform the Assembly guests on ways and possibilities of such search. Please, watch the information on the Assembly website!

If the option mentioned above is not suitable for you, but your representatives would like to visit Moscow, we would be very glad to offer our assistance related to catering, accommodation and cultural program for them. We are also ready to offer you the services of WTC Moscow partner companies. Thus, the members of your business mission will be able to see the sights and cultural monuments of Moscow, to visit the leading Moscow theaters, to see the beauty of the Red Square and the Kremlin, St. Basil's Cathedral, the Moscow Metro and the State Tretyakov Gallery, take a tour to Kitai-gorod and the Moskva River, to get acquainted with the art of Russian ballet, to see the renewed Bolshoi Theater, attend concerts and performances of Russian star actors and to enjoy traditional Russian cuisine in the restaurant you can reserve by contacting the World Trade Center Moscow Service-Bureau.

Respective of St. Petersburg visit, we would like to inform you that all 43rd WTCA General Assembly delegates will leave Moscow in the evening of September 25,2012 and the next day of September 26, 2012 they will work in accordance with the General Assembly program in St. Petersburg.
